Jim Gilligan, President
Jim Gilligan is the President and founder of Island Title. Jim opened the doors of Island Title in order to provide his clients with the highest level of title insurance services delivered by the most qualified professionals.

Jim obtained his Producer’s License in 2004 and began his title career at Empire Title. Shortly thereafter, he joined Fidelity National Title, where he quickly rose to the top of the sales team. Jim was renowned for consistently achieving 125% of his annual goal each year within company.

Prior to entering the title industry, Jim was a liability investigator for numerous insurance carriers and defense attorneys throughout New Jersey. His real-world experiences interacting with claimants, attorneys, law enforcement and others, have given him understanding of individual needs to get the job done.

Janice Gagliardi, Vice President / Office Manager
Janice Gagliardi is the Vice President and Office Manager of Island Title. Janice is a licensed Title Insurance Producer and has been with Island Title since the beginning. Janice oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all work gets completed accurately and in a timely fashion.

Prior to Island Title, Janice spent 8 years as a Vice President/Manager at Fidelity National Title, where she oversaw and managed an office staff of 10 employees. Under her management, her office consistently closed 350 to 400 transactions each month and generated a substantial annual profit.

Before she made the move to working for a title company, Janice had her own paralegal closing company. She also worked for 15 years as an Office Manager for an attorney whose primary practice was real estate.

Traci Gagliardi, Assistant Manager
Traci Gagliardi is the Assistant Manager for Island Title. She is a Licensed Title Producer and Notary Public with the State of New Jersey. Her primary duties include handling all aspects of title from order entry and endorsements through real estate closings and disbursements.

With 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry, Traci provides great customer service to every client and prides herself on getting things done correctly the first time. Her experience and expertise afford both real estate professionals and consumers a settlement experience that is quick, smooth and thoroughly organized. Whether it’s a simple question or a complex title issue, real estate professionals and their clients can be confident that they can rely on Traci’s ability to find the proper resolution.

Gina Wilson, Closer
Gina Wilson is a Title Closer for Island Title. She is responsible for coordinating the many facets of the closing process, from inception to completion. She reviews the settlement statement with the borrowers, identifies and resolves any outstanding issues prior to closing to ensure there are no miscommunications, and has the clear mind and focus to correct any issues that arise at the closing table. Gina’s organizational zeal and inspiring attention to detail ensure that every Island Title closing runs smoothly and all post-closing paperwork is properly recorded.

With a strong legal background spanning 25 years, Gina branched out on her own in 1995, providing freelance legal and organizational services to attorneys, title companies, builders and mortgage companies. She has conducted thousands of closings since she became a Licensed Title Producer in 1999. She has been employed by 3 of New Jersey’s top 10 law firms, and handled partnership distributions for two of the three firms. Whether she is working with attorneys, paralegals or realtors, Gina’s diligence, strong work ethic and easy-going personality are key to her continued success.
